The Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel advises the Executive Member (Policy & Resources) that authority should be given to: |

the disposal of Gordon House, Winchester to the preferred purchaser as set out in the report, and the Director of Property Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates Practice) be authorised to settle detailed terms and conditions including such adjustment to the purchase price as may be agreed following minor amendments to the proposals. |

To obtain the best consideration reasonably obtainable for a surplus property to contribute towards special education improvements, and to ensure appropriate development adjoining St Bede's Primary School. |
