Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

(a) that the progress on the implementation of the schemes, and the cost and risk management strategies, including the review of the detail of the last three schemes be endorsed;

(b) that any decisions on funding planned maintenance work to the existing residential homes be deferred until a review of the Enhance programme and other priorities for Social Care is completed.

To ensure the delivery of the Enhance nursing care project.

2.2

This decision supports Aims 1, 2, 4, and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing improved care facilities for elderly people in Hampshire.
