The following decisions are sought: |

(a) that the improvements in the test results in the residential care homes be endorsed; (b) that work to improve the quality of the management of legionella in line with the best practices outlined in L8 continues; (c) that the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services reinforces to Chief Officers the appropriate regulations and best practice to be delivered by local building managers.
