To consider the report of the Director of Environment and the

Chief Executive which seeks approval for an increase in the fee charged

for the extinguishment of highway rights.

2. PROJECT APPRAISAL: FACTORY ROAD, EASTLEIGH -

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and accompanying

project appraisal to implement environmental improvements on Factory Road,

Eastleigh at an estimated cost of £495,000.

3. APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive which requests the Executive

Members to make appointments to certain outside bodies until the annual
