The following decisions are sought:

That approval be given to the project appraisal for the works at the Testwood School at an estimated cost of up to £532,423, excluding fees.

2.1

To provide a synthetic turf pitch suitable for all-year-round use.

2.2

This decision supports Aims 1 and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing improved facilities for all users of the school.

The need of the school for the facilities in question has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the report are considered to be the most appropriate and cost-effective way of meeting that need.
