subject to the grant of detailed planning consent by Winchester City Council approval be given for the grant of a revised lease to O2 UK Limited in respect of their existing telecoms mast located on County Farms` land adjacent to Otterbourne Road, Compton to enable an upgrade of the existing mono pole mast to provide third generation transmission capability. |

To carry out a contractual three-yearly rent review and to enable the upgrade of local mobile phone coverage from an existing site without having to build further masts within the area, particularly in the immediate vicinity of the Compton and Shawford villages. |
