Cabinet agree to proceed on the basis of the arrangements described in the report. |

The Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services be authorised to: a) proceed with the relevant consultation exercises with internal stakeholders and other relevant organisations b) develop and submit as required the necessary documentation relating to the planning and redevelopment of the site to include any relevant impact assessments further approvals and relevant information c) proceed to develop a suitable car parking strategy relevant to (b) above d) prepare a Design Project Appraisal, including Cost Plans for approval e) select relevant contractors, consultants and other construction partners f) report to the Executive Member P&R and Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel at each meeting on progress, key issues and member approval as required. |
