To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for the implementation of a Safer Routes to School Scheme for Woolton Hill Junior and St Thomas Infant Schools in Woolton Hill at an estimated cost of £115,000.

2. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HOUNSDOWN SECONDARY SCHOOL, HOUNSDOWN - SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for the implementation of a Safer Routes to School Scheme for Hounsdown Secondary School at an estimated cost of £110,000.

3. HAMPSHIRE MINERALS AND WASTE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Environment which proposes that full Council be recommended to resolve that the Hampshire Minerals and Waste Development Scheme, approved on 25 November 2004, shall come into effect on 21 July 2005.
