2.1 To approve the final accounts for the Environment service for 2004/05 and agree the carry forward of underspendings to 2005/06.

2.2 Decisions on the Environment service's revenue expenditure and capital programme impact on the financial resources available to this service and contribute to the following corporate strategy aims:
