That the following amendments be made to the County Council representation on the undermentioned outside bodies:-

(i) New Forest Road Safety Council

Cllrs. N. Clark and A.D.G. Evans in place of Cllrs Mrs. P.G. Banks and A.W. Rice, TD


(ii) West of Waterlooville Forum

Cllr. F. Allgood in place of Cllr. Felicity Hindson

2.1. To maintain County Council representation within the community.
