2.1 Supporting voluntary sector youth organisations through Project Development grants extends the capacity of the voluntary sector to increase delivery of effective youth work and supports Corporate Strategy Aim 1, Maximising life opportunities and Corporate Strategy Aim 4, building strong and safe communities, as well as contributing to the Cabinet priority of Youth.
