The following decision is sought:

That the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel on 30 June 2005 be endorsed and a further report be brought back to the Panel on the costs associated with Pay and Benefits and the evaluation of its impact on future liability.

To consider the impact of recent national publicity on school meals and major business issues for the service.

2.2

This decision supports Aim 5 of the Corporate Strategy by continuing to review and enhance the quality of schools meals provided to school children.
