That approval be given to: (i) the additional NDS allocations as detailed in paragraph 2.1 of the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel on 30 June 2005; (ii) the capital repairs allocations in paragraph 3.1 of the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel on 30 June 2005; (iii) procuring the refurbishment of the former Intech building as one package and seeking further approvals at a subsequent meeting to fund Phase II.
