The following decision is sought:

That the progress on the implementation of the ENHANCE nursing care projects, and the cost and risk management strategies be endorsed.

To ensure the delivery of the ENHANCE nursing care project.

2.2

This decision supports Aims 1, 4 and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing support facilities for elderly people, working in partnership with the Strategic Health Authority and Primary Care Trusts, and driving continuous improvement in delivering the respective projects.
