8 PROPOSED CHANGES TO PRIORITY GUIDELINES FOR DEALING WITH CLAIMS UNDER SECTION 53(5) WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

        To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage which seeks approval to change the current policy for processing claims made under Section 53(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to allow greater flexibility in the order of investigating claims.

      To consider the joint report of the County Treasurer and the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the Recreation and Heritage's service spending in 2004/05.

10 FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2005/06 (Report herewith)

To consider the joint report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer on the current financial situation for 2005/06, the approach to be taken to monitor the revenue budget and capital programme and outlines the likely impact of key financial issues.

11 EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY PERFORMANCE REPORT (Report herewith)

To receive a presentation and a report of the Director of Human Resources on the Members' role in supporting the implementation of the Equality Plan and Race Scheme.
