1. At the May 2004 County Council meeting it was agreed that in future all items in the Forward Plan would be considered by the appropriate Policy Review Committee before consideration by the Cabinet or individual Executive Members. Key decisions on which the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel currently advised the Leader would be excluded. This report presents for Members' consideration and information an item to be considered by the Executive Member for Environment: South Hampshire and Resource Management on 26 July 2005.
2. The attached report considers proposals for managing cost pressures on the 2005/06 bus subsidy budget.
Recommendation
That the Committee be invited to consider this report and offer any comments which it believes the Executive Member for Environment: South Hampshire and Resource Management should take into account in making his decision.
