1.1. The following decisions are sought

That Cabinet approves:

(a) The framework for LPSA2

(b) The allocation of pump Priming grant

(c) The allocation of reward grant

2. Reason

2.1 LPSA2 has been developed as a partnership agreement in accordance with agreed priorities which reflect the community strategy and local outcomes for Hampshire. The negotiation stage with the Government is due to start in the autumn and all partners need to agree the overall framework and the allocation of pump priming funds and performance review grant before negotiations begin
