The following decisions are sought.

That the appointment of members to serve on outside bodies until the annual meeting of the County Council in 2009 be as follows:

Age Concern Hampshire Councillors: Mrs. P.G. Banks
R.C. McIntosh

Hampshire Voluntary Care Groups Councillors: Mrs. P.G. Banks
Advisory Service R.J. Baulk

2. Reasons

2.1 To appoint members to the outside bodies following the County Council elections.

2.2 The appointments support Aims 4 and 6 of the corporate strategy.
