The attached report considers progress and revisions to the 2005/06 Environment Capital Programme. The proposed amendments reflect programme and cost variations on individual schemes. Amendments and additions to the Capital Programme need to be made regularly in order to maintain a forecast annual expenditure that is manageable, and flexible enough to ensure the target spending can be achieved.
Recommendation
That the Committee be invited to consider this report and offer any comments which it believes the Executive Member for Environment: South Hampshire and Resource Management should take into account in making a decision.
