That a one year extension be granted on the Highways Term Maintenance Contract.

2.1 This decision supports Aim 5 of the Corporate Strategy (Improving Services) by providing for an ongoing Highways Term Maintenance Contract with continuing improvements to the quality of service and efficiency gains.
