(a) Integrated Risk Management Plan
To receive a presentation by Deputy Chief Officer Dave Curry on the Authority's third Integrated Risk Management Plan.
(b) Visit to Chile by Divisional Officer Mick Johns
To receive a presentation by Divisional Officer Mick Johns on his visit to Chile. This was at the request of the Valparaiso Fire Brigade, coordinated by the British Embassy in Chile and, jointly funded with the British Embassy.

The Minutes of 8 September are due to include recommendations to the Authority on a revision to the Race Equality Scheme 2005-2008, discretionary powers under the Local Government (Discretionary Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 etc and on the outcome of a Senior Management Review. RECOMMENDATION:
That by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item.
