AT A MEETING of the EMPLOYMENT IN HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL COMMITTEE held at The Castle, Winchester on Wednesday 21 September 2005.

11. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

    The minutes of the meeting held on 18 July 1005 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

15. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

    Resolved:

    That, by virtue of paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded for the remainder of the meeting.

16. PAY AND BENEFITS PROJECT REPORT TO UPDATE ON PROGRESS IN THE JOINT WORKING PARTY

    The Committee received the confidential report of the Director of Human Resources (Item 6 in the minute book) detailing progress with the Pay and Benefits Project.
