To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals for the allocation of the remaining funding of £365,000 to purchase community transport vehicles in 2005/06.

3. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HARESTOCK CORNER, WINCHESTER

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for pedestrian and speed management improvements on the section of Stockbridge Road, Winchester, between Littleton Road and Stoney Lane, to be externally funded at an estimated cost of £83,000.

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for the provision of a new off-road shared-use cycle route between Thornden School, Chandlers Ford and Otterbourne Common at an estimated cost of £155,000.
5. PROJECT APPRAISAL : CENTRAL INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for the installation of Intelligent Transport Systems to implement elements of the county wide contract for the provision of STOPWATCH Real Time Bus Information and improvements to the Traffic and Travel Information Service at an estimated cost of £230,000.

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for the installation of a puffin crossing on Highlands Road, Fareham at an estimated cost of £70,000.
