Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

That approval be given to:

1 The development of the landlord's services to school during the period leading up to the renewal of the Service Level Agreement.

2 Further update reports being presented to future meetings of the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel.

2.1

To ensure high quality services are provided to schools.

This decision supports Aims 1, 4 and 5 - maximising life opportunities; building strong and safe communities; and improving services - of the Corporate Strategy by ensuring that Property Services meet the needs of headteachers, children and the wider community; by maintaining and improving buildings used by the community and by consulting headteachers and focusing on their needs in order that good-quality services are delivered from well-maintained and developed buildings.
