1. The timetable of future activity be drawn up and set out as listed in the schedule attached. Set out below in the normal way are the key-decisions which may be made by the Executive Member on behalf of the County Council over the next four month period.

· Authority to Negotiate a Single Tender - Community Mental Health Services in Mid Hampshire

· Authority to Negotiate a Single Tender - Welcome Home Scheme in South West Hampshire

· Authority to Negotiate a Single Tender - Extra Care (Housing with Care) Schemes in Eastleigh (Confidential)

· Hampshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team tender for a new Mobile Needle Exchange service to cover the Eastleigh Borough Council, Winchester City Council and Test Valley Borough Council areas aimed at ensuring syringes are used safely and disposed of properly.

2. As indicated in the Constitution at Part 3: D Para 1.9 any Member can give notice to the Chief Executive that they wish a relevant item to be placed on the Agenda for the next available meeting of the Committee. On receipt of such a request the Chief Executive will ensure that the item is included on the Agenda.

That the report and timetable be noted.
