That, subject to the views of the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel and the Executive Member for Education, approval be given to the project appraisal for the Trospacc full-day care provision scheme at an estimated cost of up to £585,000, excluding fees. |

2.1 |
To provide a purpose-built full-day care provision to act as a hub for services for children and families in line with the requirements of the strategy under Every Child Matters, in an area which is located within one (but serving two) of Hampshire's 20% most disadvantages areas. |
2.2 |
This decision supports Aims 1 and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing improved facilities for all users of the facility. |
