1. The following decision is sought:

    To re appoint County Councillors Kelly and Collett to support the Executive Member for Community Development and External Affairs on the HSP, and in addition appoint Cllr Kirk.

2. Reason: To provide effective support and representation on the HSP in support of all Corporate Strategy aims

3. Other Options considered and rejected: None
