1.1 The following decision is sought:

That Councillor P. R. C. Hutcheson be appointed to serve as the County Council's representative on the Farnborough Aerodrome Consultative Committee in place of Councillor Mrs. P. M. Devereux who has resigned.

2. Reason

2.1. Councillor Mrs. P. M. Devereux has resigned as the County Council's representative on the Farnborough Aerodrome Consultative Committee. A replacement is sought in order to maintain County Council representation on the Committee. Councillor Hutcheson has expressed an interest in filling the vacancy.

3.1 Not to make this appointment.
