To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for providing a toucan crossing on the A27 Southampton Road near its junction with Lower Church Road, Locks Heath at an estimated cost of £200,000.
4. PROJECT APPRAISAL: LEIGH ROAD CORRIDOR, EASTLEIGH - ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS (report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal on environmental improvements at the Leigh Road Corridor, Eastleigh at an estimated cost of £250,000 including some developer funding.
5. PROJECT APPRAISAL, CHILBOLTON AVENUE, WINCHESTER - PUFFIN CROSSING (report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal for the installation of a puffin crossing at Chilbolton Avenue, Winchester to be externally funded at an estimated cost of £56,000.
6. PROJECT APPRAISAL: FOUR MARKS CE PRIMARY SCHOOL - SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL (report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment and appended project appraisal on the implementation of a safer routes to school scheme in the vicinity of Four Marks CE Primary School at an estimated cost of £140,000.
