The following decision is sought:

   

1.1

That the position of the minor projects being undertaken by the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services be agreed.

Reason(s)

   

2.1

To provide enhanced school accommodation and facilities.

   

2.2

This decision supports Aims 1 and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing improved school facilities which will benefit the school and its users.

The need of the school for the facilities in question has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the Minor Projects Progress Report considered to be the most appropriate and cost-effective way of meeting that need.
