The attached report is being considered by the Executive Member for Environment: South Hampshire and Resource Management on 18 January 2006. The paper proposes amendments to the 2005/06 Integrated Transport Capital Programme together with a revised programme, as well as an Environment Capital Programme for 2006/07 to 2009/10. The three year programme will also be considered by Cabinet on 23 January 2006.
Recommendation
That the Committee considers this report and offers any comments which it believes the Executive Member for Environment: South Hampshire and Resource Management should take into account in making his decision.
