1. Summary

1.1. The following decision is sought:

(i) That Councillor A. Evans be appointed to the Solent People's Theatre Board

of Directors until May 2009.

2. Reason

2.1 On 26 May 2005, the Executive Member appointed Councillor K. Evans, as the

County Council's representative on the Solent People's Theatre Board of

Directors. It transpires that Councillor A. Evans should have been appointed and

not Councillor K. Evans. It is proposed that Councillor A. Evans be appointed

until May 1999 and the Solent People's Theatre be advised accordingly.
