The following decisions are sought: |

That approval be given to: 1. the progress with the Winchester Cultural Centre and that further progress reports be presented to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel as the scheme develops. 2. the Policy and Resources contribution to the Cultural Centre project be considered when the Panel reviews the capital repairs budget at its next meeting on 4 April 2006.
