The following decisions are sought: |

That approval be given to the purchase of a suitable dwelling in Stockbridge for occupation by the present secure tenants of the County Council's Yew Tree Cottage and to the subsequent disposal of Yew Tree Cottage on the open market, with the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) being authorised to settled detailed terms and conditions for both transactions. |
