The Harlington Centre in Fleet has been identified as the Council's main performance and entertainment Centre and a programme of events is designed to meet the desires of the local community. This is a customer led programme featuring cinema, music, dance and theatre. Arts development is not a priority and thus resources are not available for this element of service delivery".
