1. The timetable of future activity be drawn up and set out as listed in the schedule attached. Set out below in the normal way are the key-decisions which may be made by the Executive Member on behalf of the County Council over the next four month period.

¬ Authority to Negotiate a Single Tender - Residential Services for People with a Learning Disability

¬ Authority to Negotiate a Single Tender/Invite Tenders - Domiciliary Care and Support for People with a Learning Disability in South West Hampshire

¬ Authority to Negotiate a Single Tender/Invite Tenders for Domiciliary Care Services in Fareham/Gosport

¬ Approval to sign a Section 31 Pooled Budget Agreement for the Integrated Community Equipment Service. This service supplies a range of equipment to enable service user to remain independent/be cared for within their own homes.

2. As indicated in the Constitution at Part 3: D Para 1.9 any Member can give notice to the Chief Executive that they wish a relevant item to be placed on the Agenda for the next available meeting of the Committee. On receipt of such a request the Chief Executive will ensure that the item is included on the Agenda.

RECOMMENDATION

That the report and timetable be noted.
