That approval is given to: 1. The allocation of the 2006/7 capital repairs budget 2. The re-profiling of resources between 2007/8 and 2009/2010 3. The additions to the capital repairs programme as detailed in Appendix 4 of the report to the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel on 4 April 2006
