The bid represents the County Council's contribution (agreed in principle) to the second year costs of employing a Partnership Manager. The post, on a two-year, fixed term contract , is intended to support and develop all aspects of the work of the Partnership, to provide leadership and direction to maximise its effectiveness, and to work with partners to ensure the successful delivery of the Community Plan for Test Valley.

The second year of the postholder's contract covers the period from November 2005 to November 2006.

Overall funding arrangements

Other contributions are received as follows:

Hampshire Constabulary - £5,000

Testway Housing - £5,000

Winchester and Eastleigh Healthcare Trust - £4,000

Mid Hampshire PCT - £2,500

Eastleigh and Test Valley South PCTT - £2,500

All other costs are met by the Borough Council.
