To consider the report and presentation of the Chief Officer detailing the outcomes of the change from the rank based structure to a role based structure.

7. MEDIUM TERM PLANS - OUTCOMES 2005/06 AND NEW PLANS FOR 2006/07

To consider the report of the Chief Officer setting out the plans for Training and Human Resources for the next three years.

8. ESTABLISHMENT

To consider the report of the Chief Officer on the current establishment position.

9. UPDATE ON THE FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION SCHEME

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer regarding the firefighters' pension schemes.

10. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEW SYSTEM AND INVESTORS IN PEOPLE ACCREDITATION

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer setting out the progress achieved in performance management and gaining Investors in People accreditation.

11. UPDATE ON REGIONAL ISSUES

    To consider the verbal report of the Chief Officer on regional issues.

12. FAIRNESS AND DIGNITY FORUM

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer summarising the recent meeting of the Fairness and Dignity Forum.
