1. Summary

The following decisions are sought:

· That Councillor NRG Clarke be appointed to represent the County Council on the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust until the Annual Meeting of the Council in May 2009 in place of Councillor Mrs PG Banks

2. Reason

Councillor Mrs Banks has asked to stand down. Councillor Clarke's appointment will maintain County Council representation within the community.
