HAMPSHIRE FIRE AND RESCUE AUTHORITY

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE-CHAIRMEN

The Authority has appointed Councillor M. F. Cartwright as Chairman and Councillors P.A. Heath and R. Smith (Southampton) Vice-Chairmen until its Annual Meeting in 2007. Also, the Authority was pleased to note that Councillor Cartwright, who is currently Vice-Chairman of the South East Regional Management Board, is due to take over as its Chairman with effect from April 2007.
