The following decision is sought: |

(i) that approval be given to the proposed land exchange at set out in the report, and the Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) be given delegated authority to settle detailed terms. |

To secure an improved outdoor play area for Cheriton Primary School at no cost to the County Council. |
