5. RECOMMENDATIONS AND ACTIONS ARISING FROM INTERNAL AUDIT REPORTS

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer detailing the monitoring report for ongoing actions.

6. BEST VALUE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (BVPI) AND LOCAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (LPI)

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer containing highlights of the performance indicators data for the first quarter of 2006/07, this item will include a demonstration of the new performance data software system (PB Views).

7. PROGRESS REPORT ON ACTIONS TAKEN TO MEET RECOMMENDATIONS DETAILED IN THE `ACTION PLAN' OF THE REPORT OF THE BEST VALUE REVIEW OF WORKSHOPS

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer outlining the progress made on the recommendations within the `action plan' of the final report on the Best Value Review of Vehicle Workshops.

8. REPORT ON THE PROPOSAL TO UNDERTAKE A BEST VALUE REVIEW ON ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AND ENERGY CONSERVATION

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer recommending a steering group be set up to review environmental and energy conservation issues in relation to HFRS sites and activities.

9. IMPROVEMENT PLANNING REGISTER

    To consider the report of the Chief Officer presenting the Improvement Planning Register.
