Summary

1.1

The following decision is sought:

That the Executive Member for Policy and Resources approves the design project appraisal for extension and relocation/refurbishment works, at an estimated cost of up to £556,000, excluding fees.

Reason

2.1

The replacement of a temporary building with purpose-built accommodation will enhance the quality of place for all users of Burghclere Primary School.

3.1

The need for the facilities in question has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the design project appraisal are considered to be the most appropriate and cost effective way of meeting that need.
