That the design project appraisal for The Horrill Centre, at an estimated cost of £1,024,000, excluding fees, and the use of the capital receipt from the sale of the Old School House, Cannon Street, Lymington, for The Horrill Centre be approved. |

This purpose-built Centre will provide enhanced facilities for elderly people and other vulnerable and socially excluded groups which will maximise their well-being and enhance the quality of their environment. |
