Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

That approval be given to acceptance of an offer for the sale of 0.4 hectares (1 acre) of land following demolition of redundant buildings at the Swanwick Lodge Secure Unit, Swanwick, Hampshire, as set out in the report with the Director of Property Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) being authorised to determine the purchaser and settle detailed terms and conditions.

To finance improved facilities at Swanwick Lodge Secure Unit, enhancing the quality of the environment for the community and users of the facility.
