Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

That the progress made against the Strategy for the Built Estate be approved and that options be considered to re-address the balance with funding for the non-schools estate.

2.1

To provide a set of effective strategies to meet the increasing liabilities of the built estate.

2.2

The review and updating of the Strategy for the Built Estate ensures that resources are targeted at key areas and enhances the quality and safety of the Council's built estate.
