That approval be given to acceptance of an offer for the sale of 0.15 hectares (0.37 acre) of land at Sundridge School, Silvester Road, Cowplain, following closure of the School, as set out in the report with the Director of Property Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates) being authorised to detailed terms and conditions, including such minor adjustments to the purchase price that may become necessary following negotiations. |

The site is surplus to County Council requirements, and it has been agreed that the prospective capital receipt will be used to repay capital investment in alternative premises in Emsworth that were refurbished to modern standards, thus maximising the wellbeing of disadvantaged pupils requiring special education. |
