1.1 The following decision is sought:

That approval be given to complete the disposals, acquisitions, rent reviews and other routine transactions as detailed on the schedule attached in the confidential section of this agenda.

2.1 The transactions detailed in the schedule will ensure efficient and effective use of the County Council's property assets. Collectively, the proposals support all strands of the Corporate Strategy: Hampshire safer and more secure for all, maximising wellbeing and enhancing our quality of space.
