1. Dates for the meetings of the River Hamble Harbour Board during 2007 will be as follows:

· Friday, 26 January - 10 a.m.


· Friday, 23 March - 10 a.m.


· Friday, 18 May - 10 a.m.


· Friday, 20 July - 10 a.m.


· Friday, 28 September - 10 a.m.


· Friday, 23 November - 10 a.m.

2. Meetings of the Management Committee in 2007 will be as follows:

Friday, 12 January, Friday, 4 May, Monday, 9 July and Friday, 9 November - all at 10 a.m.

3. It is expected that the annual consultation meeting with stakeholders will be held on Tuesday, 27 March 2007 in the evening.

4. With regard to forward planning of the Board's agenda, it is expected that the January meeting should include the following:

· Harbour works consent applications


· Harbour Master's report


· Marine Director's current issues
